- Manage the process of appointments, registration, billing, payments and file making
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Telephones and communications
- Monitor cash collections at relevant counters
- Attending to patient queries and patient care services
- Feedback collection from patients
- To inform maintenance and facilities management departments of any infrastructural shortcomings that affect patient care.
- Maintaining optimal stocks on the delivery floor
- Ensuring patient access to support at every point of a patient visit
- Preparation of OPD/cash reports and submission of the reports to the Centre head.
