Some of the Duties and responsibilities* of a Floor Manager at Vasan Eye Care Hospital

Bring the puzzle together!
  1. Manage the process of appointments, registration, billing, payments and file making
  2. Ensure the smooth functioning of the Telephones and communications
  3. Monitor cash collections at relevant counters
  4. Attending to patient queries and patient care services
  5. Feedback collection from patients
  6. To inform maintenance and facilities management departments of any infrastructural shortcomings that affect patient care.
  7. Maintaining optimal stocks on the delivery floor
  8. Ensuring patient access to support at every point of a patient visit
  9. Preparation of OPD/cash reports and submission of the reports to the Centre head.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the job title as requested.

* Depending on qualification, experience and exposure of the candidate.
