Patient satisfaction and team management...Game for it?

Smooth functioning of procedures and systems
Ensuring discipline, punctuality and duty management of the all the staff members at the centre
Executing stock checks, coordination with vendors and central procurement office for purchases
Communications management at the center
Coordination of internal meetings and events
Liaison with local administration, doctors, VIP’s etc
Center revenue and cash flow management
Maintain records and documents that pertain to operations for auditing
To work towards targets set for the unit

To undertake any other duties commensurate with the job title as requested.
